Verdict: not suitable for study in the classroom because
This novel belongs to the vampire horror/thriller genre so we do not recommend it for study in the classroom as some students would not be able to cope with many of the dark and sometimes disturbing scenes and concepts contained in this book. It also contains a good deal of offensive language.
